They completely ignore his desperate struggles for air and the pain his face is experiencing from their crushing weight. About the only relief he gets is when they rise up to switch positions. Not only is his face getting crushed... his body is being sat on at the same time with full weight from both Ladies. Really good video with great camera angles.
