Mistress Carmen has little regard for her servant, and makes him lick the soles of her new boots. She further humiliates him by having him suck the heel like the little bitch that he is. He is so eager to please, Carmen has him remove her footwear and sticks her sweaty feet (that have been baking in the leather shoes) in his face. Then she leads him to the mantlepiece for his reward- Standing on his face, full weight. Not only does he have to serve Mistress Carmen's feet, he must be crushed by them!
