Policy My Ass... or should I say your Balls, Steve

This scene opens with Lady Bellatrix and Ms Sinstress confronting HR assistant Stephanie about a file that contains a complaint about them wearing skirts 1" shorter than government compliance.  Stephanie cries and says she does not have authority to share that information and only Steve, head of HR, can do so.  They say they will have to beat it out of Steve.  The word has gone around the studio that Steve is a soft touch when confronted by dominant women, which they all are, but Steve is facing pressure with no reports after months of being on the job so they might have their work cut out for them.

The scene rolls over and Steve is now addressing the ladies saying Stephanie has informed him there was a complaint, he is always so confident to start, but as they start to confront him, his weak nature, combined with the fact he forget to wear clothes, soon has him babbling like an idiot.  He admits he hasn't filed the complaint yet because he thought they might bring it up and he was worried about how they might react.  They then tell him they are going to bust his balls until he agrees to tear up the file... and the fun begins.  As they kick him they bring up Stephanie and say he looks a lot like Steve and he confesses they are twins.  After 75 kicks to the balls Sinstress says they will make Stephanie face sit him.
