What Were you Thinking?

Bellatrixs domestic slave’s service has been subpar, so he finds himself in the trample box.  As she hovers over him menacingly, she contemplates the wide variety of things she can do to him. As he lies there helpless, she starts feeding the heel of her shoe to him.  She is not pleased with his housework at all, as he left a dirty spooon in the kitchen sink, so she walks across his chest in her high heels. His body is a bit bumpy though so she kicks off her heels and stuffs his mouth with her gorgeous feet.  When she thinks of how embarrassed she was when her visitors came in and saw his inadequate job she starts trampling him some more.  She is thinking of finishing him off with her golden nectar, but is that a punishment or a reward?
